Born and raised in the effervescent Miami music scene, Gabe was inspired by artists such as Robert Miles and Daft Punk to learn the art of mixing and production at 14. His musical background, however, started at the age of 7 with piano becoming the instrument that earned him a full-ride scholarship for music in college where he focused on classical music until moving onto jazz. Gabe used his time in college to learn MIDI production and sound engineering to round out his competency in music.
His passion for mixing music led him to headline South Florida hotspots by the age of 20, and a spot with Clear Channel radio as an on-air mixer. His bootlegs and remixes ended up in rotation on radio like the latin classic by Elvis Crespo “Suavemente,” and Missy Elliots “Lose Control.” Through the years he has been influenced by artists such as David Guetta, SHM, Avicii, Chus and Ceballos, Timbaland, GTA, and Skrillex.
Gabe has opened for Shakira at the AAA in Miami during her Golbal World Tour and has DJed events such as Sunfest, Fourth of July at Bayfront Park in Miami, Art Basel, Art Walk, block parties in West Palm Beach, Wynwood, Brickell and other events. Gabe has also expanded his venue catalog by DJing in Las Vegas, Dallas, Arizona, Tennessee, Oregon, and other venues around the country.
